Former agent for the Delphian Technologies Institute (code-name Typhon). He was recruited into the Institute when he exhibited psychometric abilities following an NDE (near death experience) in the military. John inadvertently went on the run when leaving the base with Brian Cahle (now missing). He has since learned of dark underside of the Institute and Greg Kurkinen's secret programs. Former agent for the Delphian Technologies Institute (code-name Argus). From an early age, Brian has been a pawn of extra-dimensional forces. Kidnapped at a young age, his father, Arthur, recruited young psychics to the "Dreamscape" to save him. When he was older he was recruited into the Institute by his father. He worked as a top spy for the government, employing his remote-viewing and telekinetic powers in the art of espionage. His father was later killed by Jim Kamrod and Brian was manipulated into giving up a powerful crystal he had received on his journeys to Greece. Unaware of the level of betrayal he was facing, he returned to the Institute where his remote-viewing brought him in contact with the forces that sought him as a child. He attempted to escape them to no avail. He is now their prisoner, but is able to temporarily break free of his extra-dimensional cage with the help of John Helsigger. Stranger |
The enigmatic "Stranger" was sent by the extra-dimensional collective called Sihn to capture Brian Cahle. Brian was ensnared by his otherworldly tentacles and brought to Sihn's realm. The Stranger then attempted to erase any record of Cahle's contact with Sihn and those who knew about it. It was seemingly killed by Duncan and Helsigger. |

Dave |
Former agent for the Delphian Technologies Institute. Stafford was an expert interrogator, employing his illusionist powers on prisoners to extract information through fear or diversion. He was recruited by Jim Kamrod along with Oxford Jones to take down Kurkinen's Institute from the inside. He was killed by the Stranger when questioning Helsigger about Cahle's disappearance. He has since returned from the dead under the thrall of the Stranger. PSIONIC ABILITIES: Illusionist (Creates a false reality for his victims) |

Former agent for the Delphian Technologies Institute. Oxford was recruited by James Kamrod along with Dave Stafford to take down Kurkinen's Institute from the inside. He used a remnant of one of the Stranger's tentacles to free Kamrod from his extra dimensional prison only to be attacked by an enraged bestial version of Kamrod. He is currently on the run with John Helsigger (whom Kamrod has intimated that Oxford is destined to kill). Former agent for the Delphian Technologies Institute. Kurkinen learned of him through Kamrod, a former colleague and recruited him. He left soon afterward, having gone mad from Kurkinen's experiments. He surfaced years later as the leader of a homicidal cult called "The Raven Society". He was captured and prosecuted by Phil Grehnam, maintaining his innocence to the end at his recent execution. PSIONIC ABILITIES: Empath (Ability to project emotions onto other people.) |

Lawyer who prosecuted Richard Caruk for the Raven Society's murders. He is now the DA for Whiterock County in Texas and is attempting to gather Caruk's contacts and followers in order to de-program them. He is aware of the Institute and Caruk's involvement with them. He ultimately feels Kurkinen is responsible for creating the madman and setting him loose. |

Singer for the Band "Outerstate" and former girlfriend of Richard Caruk. She also maintains his and the Raven Society's innocence for the murders. She is in Grehnam's custody for de-programming, but an ethereal Jim Kamrod has also taken an interest in her. |

Former Senior Agent of the Delphian Technologies Institute under Greg Kurkinen. Arthur was a mysterious agent whose involvement with the supernatural dates back to the 50's. Kurkinen had him killed so he couldn't take over the Institute and put a stop to his mysterious projects. PSIONIC ABILITIES: Telepathy, Remote-Viewing, Illusionist.
